i think i am gonna have to eat as lightly as possible for the next few months and take some time to learn about what i should eat and when.I feel as if i need to allow my body to naturally detox on it's own.I feel like i am sick of food,everything seems to make me ill and constipated or sick.I was always a sickly child and i was born with a compromised digestive/immune system.Before going on the rare/raw meat diet, i was on a liquid diet of protein shakes and high calorie weight gainers because it was all i could easily digest and handle..that was for about four years ,since i was about 18...
*sigh*
i don't know what to do anymore
