I have it under the left ribcage the most, and also the upper middle of my stomach where it feels like heartburn. I also have it in the right lower abdomen. Every time I expel, which is at least 5 times a day when I am diligent about the pills and fiber, I have a ton of worms. Some of it almost looks like seaweed or a water plant of some sort. Others are long and stringy. Some are just solid like the size of a nickel.
