I agree with everything you say. I don't eat much red meat anymore, but after my experience with parasites, I cook all my meat now to well done.

I also don't eat sushi anymore, except for the sushi made with veggies or cooked fish. I'm sure even this is not bullet proof since I'm sure some cross contamination exists between the raw and cooked sushi while they prepare it.

I now believe you have to eat a variety of foods to keep your nutrition up so your immune system will still work.

I'm focusing more on the building/repairing the immune system and fixing my allergies now. It seems like cleansing and detoxing helps to a point. But there is a point where it doesn't help anymore and the immune system problems have to be addressed.

Hygene is definately part of it. Despite my chemical allergies, I'm biting the bullet and going to clean the entire bathroom with bleach water later this week. I'm also going to start putting a bit a bleach in the toliet every now and then. I doubt the eggs can survive that. I've already started spraying down the shower with bleach water.
