Hello everyone,

I've started psyllium and Bentonite shakes 2 weeks ago. In the begining took only 2 a day but since 4 days I am now up to 4 a day. The results are impressive. I was very depressed in the past year, and since I started cleansing I feel a lot better, I believe I am purging lots of toxicity and maybe parasites.

I see lot's of white sesame seed's in my stool. Are these parasites, eggs? They are the size of a sesame seed.

I also have reddish things that look like sun dried tomates......

Never thought I'd post a picture of my stool on the internet, but here it is, I'm really curious to know what this is:

Notice the white seeds and reddish matter.

I think I'll finish my one month on BP shakes and then try the Paraway cleanse kit. Any comments on this product (Paraway)? Can I do Paraway cleanse and BP shakes at the same time?
