I have been cleansing regularly and frequently for well over a year now, and am feeling so much better than I was when I began this process, but I still have a way to go.

Three years ago the minor occassional asthma attach that I had since high school turned into a bad chronic wheeze and I got a crick in my neck that wouldn't go away. It spread to my shoulders and spine. I couldn't turn my head and the pain was so bad that two extra strength aleves didn't have any effect at all. I was afraid I had cancer in my lungs and I was going to die from it. That is when I began to get serious about cleansing.

Before that I'd primarily taken a nutritional approach, except for an occasional colonic or gall bladder flush, once every few years.

What I mean by regularly and frequently is that I have been rotating products and cleansing daily, except for taking a 3-5 day break from everything, on a couple of occassions.
