i think i know what you are talking about! i have those tooo...it is a white area that no longer has any pigmentation and cant tan...hmmm i wondered what these are also and tried to do a search...my grandma used to call it a fungus/....i live in florida:)) but i have a few on my leg and one near my wrist ..i am a 33 yr old female
