I started Black-Walnut , Wormwood and Cloves 3 days ago. Haven't seen one worm and I made myself sick just looking around my BM for them. Yesterday (day 2) I developed a terrible headache. I do get migraines in my daily life and have read that some people get headaches on these cleanses. I figured I would be spared because I live with them anyway. I thought fate would intervene or something. This headache I have now is different. It is full of pressure, I can actually feel my head pulsating, like it wants to explode. I woke up this morning (day 3) with a dull pain still lingering. I have put off taking my dose this morning because I don't want to irritate the headache. I can't go through another day like yesterday. Does anyone know, will my headache pass? Should I continue with my cleanse? I would feel better about the pain if I at least had seen a worm or two. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
