Last night my fever broke and my sheets and nightclothes were soaked. I drank some castor oil right before I went to bed, and this morning I was able to go a little, but you can tell it is still packed up there in my small intestine.
I think I am going to try the pineapple diet I saw on here cause I gotta eat something. Very weak.
Never tried kefir or Epsom Salts . I have some Epsom Salts . Do you actually DRINK it? I thought it was only to soak in.
I may try both of them today.
It's very frustrating when you can't eat cause you're so plugged up. And so FAR up.
