I ordered Now Foods's Fresh Green Black-Walnut Wormwood Complex, from iherb.com. Received it last night, but I am not sure how to start. Directions say to start with half a dropper full in juice before a meal or before bed. Did that last night and this morning, and I don't feel anything yet. Should I up the dose tomorrow, or just be patient?

Then how long do I take this for?
