Have you been cleansing and flushing?

I thought I would wait until the right time, too. But one day I decided
to go for it even though I only had 1800mg of CoQ10. I got out a big worm that
time and I got out alot of stuff this time with a lowered dose.

I had terrible die off this last time. I felt very dizzy and spacey. I did
several enemas and that helped quite a bit.
