Thank you for sharing the pictures. You are an inspiration. I have a bottle of Co Q 10 that I have been saving "for the right time," and keep procrastinating. I want to take it "when I can be sure it will work." In my mind, that would be a time when it is convenient for me to fast a few days first, cleanse my gall bladder and liver, increase the Clarkia , and then do it.
