On Monday night I took CoQ10.  1800mg was all I had so it was a lower dose than the recommended 3000mg.

On Wednesday night this came out.  It is about 14 inches long!

I didn't have a camera last night so it soaked in water for over 24 hours and has expanded some

and parts broke off.  The one end has those black eggs or something inside of it.

It was fairly sturdy last night.  I could hold it up with a straw and it was flatter than it was round.

This is a close up of one end of the worm.  See how it has split?

These pieces came out at the same time.

I am not for sure what all of this is but I was sure happy to see it!
