Hi! i hear ya about shampoo! I dont like my hair to look like wheatgrass either!
The truly organic shampoo i've found (I swear the owner of this country must read Dr. Hulda Clark s books!) is Aubrey shampoos. Aubrey sells everything from facial toners, herbal deoderants, creams, wrinkle oils to every single type of hair shampoo and conditioner for every hair type--oily, dry, combination,etc.. And they keep making different types too. I really like their GPB conditioner and shampoo line (which smells awesome and makes the hair nice) They a wide variety to pick from.
They also make some facial makeup-- I also use Burts Bees cosmetics and so far, they seem chemical free.
This company I was told makes totally natural cosmetics-- especiallly mascara:

For facial and body moisturizer I love pure olive oil the best--- then unrefined coconut oil (especially in Summer) which doesnt clog pores.
I used to use rubbing alcohol based skin toners on my oily skin areas but now use toner with food grade alcohol toner from Burts Bees (Tomato Toner)
for natural beet colored blush and brow bone coloring, I will use powdered beet juice brushed on. Gives a natural soft wine glow .
For a contour powder in eyelid creases --and to rim the outer corner of the eyes or define the cheeks, i lightly brush on some of the Ethnic facial powder from Burt's Bees--designed for women with darker or African complexions. (Im fair skinned)
