Hello everyone

I've had a stomach upset on Wednesday and this morning when I went to the loo I passed something that looked like half a sun-dried tomato.

I haven't eaten anything red all week and I can't remember the last time I ate a tomato, sun-dried or otherwise.

Could this be a parasite?
