Okay :)

What I did was get some warmed up spring water ,fill an eye cup with it- and crush some coarse Sea Salt into it, letting it dissolve.

Then just rinse the eye with the eyecup filled with the water/ Seasalt . Then you can also rinse your entire face and nasal passages with that as well. It will flush out any nasal parasites-- especially if you mix in Eucalyptus oil. (though dont use eucalyptus oil with the EYE rinse!)


I like the genuine solar dried --no additives- Sea Salt . Kosher Kiwi makes unrefined Pacific Salt from New Zealand. with all it's trace elements intact. I use that-- it was only $4.00 a 26 oz. container.
