Well I too just found those same items today. Light cream color and about 1/8". I am on a cleanse but I have been eating pumpkin seeds daily for about 4-5 days. So maybe the pumpkin seeds did it. I just snack on them at night. Not tons but enough to get a gut full.

In addition to the eggs I got some black debris so something broke loose. I feel the mass I have in my gut is round worms... I feel a pressure ... so maybe that figures. Hope I pass the mess.
