Don't be desperate. You will get rid of "hay fever" if you try really hard. :-) I have a successful story to share with you. Basically Liver Cleansing works like a charm for me. Read my thread (//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=50&i=826) if you want to get more information.

Now I really think pollen allergy is a blessing for me since I have improved my diet, sleep pattern, and exercise habits all because of it!
