Please I need to know if anyone knows of any foods or herbs that will help to allieviate my seasonal allergies "hay fever" along with my suffering of sneezing, itchy watery eyes, etc..I also get really really really bad sinus infections accompanied by excrutiating headaches! what can i take...please I've take all the medication i possibly can get from an MD...nothing works! i cant live this way! any input would be greatly appreciated. :)
