I am 6'3" and weigh the same as you do so I'm REALLY ecotmorphic. Again, it depends on you and how you react to things. Hulda Clark suggests that if you are worried about reacting badly or feeling lousy, start with the smaller doses she recommends. I know that I have never felt lousy from these herbs.
