Subject: Re: [mscured] Success Story
Hi All,
Thanks for the repost, it did inspire me to do
something I had been considering posting but thought
might be too silly...
I just wanted to tell you all that I am doing
**GREAT** :-)
Thanks to all of the information shared on this list I
discovered a bunch of things to try or at least
discuss with my doctor.
It's going on 1 year since the appearance of my first
really bad MS symptoms. Since then I've used a
strictly alternative approach. I removed gluten,
dairy, sugar, legumes, yeast, coffee, etc from my
diet, went through a thorough ayurvedic detox program,
added a host of supplements, began practicing yoga,
and am halfway through my dental clean-up, just to
name a few.
Overall my energy is great--I work full-time and teach
hi-powered drum classes once a week at least. Even
though I sometimes get tired, I feel **much** better
than I ever did before I was diagnosed.
I hope that this post isn't too off-topic but reading
success stories like Janie's is so motivating for
me... I wanted to share my (still early) experiences
in case anyone else finds some encouragement in it.
Thanks for indulging me!
JD
