I'm not sure how you did mean it - maybe MD's just for the sake of having someone more professional to answer the questions. If they were holistic MD's (which I guess could be possible) it might be okay, but most MD's will not be highly impressed with a lot of the stuff here.
But for myself, it's been following MD's advice that has brought me here, meaning my health deteriorated due to following the advice of MD's in my 20's (taking tetracycline, having my gallbladder removed, using cortizone - all of which address the symptoms of a problem and not the problem itself). It might sound strange to some people, and I can certainly understand why, but I just don't trust them anymore - for anything other than if I fell and broke a vein open - well okay, please patch it back. Other than that, forget it.
They're just too steeped in their own terminology and really know more about treating a pre-existing disease, mostly with drugs, or other methods of ripping out the symptoms, than they do about how the disease came to be in the first place. They're not evil or anything, I think they just are very caught up in their profession to the point where they can't even see out of the limitations anymore.
