your liver could be bleeding and irritated from the herbs.
not trying to scare you but that is a possibility.

if you have more than 2 tbs of blood in your stools you should go to the doctor.

it could also be from an anal fissure. is your bum hole burny and itchy?

hardcore liquid BMS also have blood in them commonly.

if at anytime you develop a fever go strait to the ER and DO NOT LIE AND TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT TAKING HERBALS>>>>LYING COULD REALLY HARM OR EVEN KILL YOU
