Hi, sorry I haven't been back for a little while. It is a powder form. I STRONGLY recommend that you buy the clear capsules and put the powder in them. I started off just mixing it in a drink but it tastes TERRIBLE. It is still working great though. I'm glad you all are interested. I feel so much better helping someone who isn't charging ridiculous prices and who has a great product.
