I am allergic to all fruits and vegetables unless they are cooked until they are soggy or sometimes I can eat certain fruits if they are canned. I gained 80 pounds after a car accident 2 years ago and haven't been able to get the weight off and my food allergies are not allowing me to eat a healthy diet. I would love to find out ways to cure my allergies and I am so new to all of the cleansing processes and need some help on where to get started. I have never done a cleanse or taken herbs. I found this site through a search for The Master Cleanser a few days ago and I am relating to so many of the ailments that people are having, but need to start with the basics. Any advice would be much appreciated!!!
