Good for you! Yes, you must chew the seeds thoroughly and have some fluid handy just in case you need help swallowing them (and yes, they are VERY strong and take some getting used to!). Pregnant women are warned not to eat them since they can abort an embryo, but we want to abort our little worm "embryos"!
