I haven't read the other posts but it strikes me that you didnt mention probiotics - you need to be taking acidophilus/bifidus every day for...ever, plus S. boulardii, a strain of probiotic that's resistant to Antibiotics and is very soothing, for a few months. If you do nothing else, do this, your gut flora sounds completely unbalanced.
