My impression, when I started curezone, was always that everybody that followed her was so uptight about everything. Since I never had the desire to read her book, I did not really know why. But now my bits and pieces I can see why. There are enough other gurus that can be followed and who don't go overboard.
I keep reading everything and then make up my mind which way to go.
