hmm,,, i know Chlorella is a very strong chelator-and they advize a person to take Algin with it. The breakouts could be caused from the mercury as the Chlorella drags it out of the tissues. Algin acts as a broom and soaks up the mercury that Chlorella leaks --pushing it out into the bowels.

From what i've been reading, steeping Cilantro in water like a tea- and drinking the entire thing slowly at night will encourage the mercury in the brain to seep out (see my earlier post)

on the http://www.herballure.com forum, the moderator (Russ) said he used to get horrible Acne that he believes was caused by his mercury fillings. So I suppose mercury does cause breakouts-and even the residual mercury being moved about by the chlorella will temporarily cause that too.!
