I was skeptical also. So skeptical that when I starting taking the tinctures, I did the hydrogen peroxide enema after a BM. I've done this four times now and hope I will never have the curiosity to do it again. These protocols work. With the enema, you just get clear water and parasites. They do come out in groups. I did it after taking the CoQ-10 and saw an entire roundworm. Disgusting. There is absolutely no question that these are parasites. I actually pulled some sort of worm from my nostril also. This was so small I wouldn't have noticed except that I have a mirror that magnifies 7 times.
