For the past few months I have been hearing this clicking cracking popping noise in my ear when I swallow, yawn, or inhale deeply.

I have tried pinching my nose and blowing several times and it hasn't helped. I don't know how hard to blow, but I'm afraid to blow to hard because I'm worried about damaging my ears.

This has really been worrying my for the past few months and I keep finding the same information on the subject.

I don't like going to doctors, so if anyone knows things I can do myself that would help I'd appreciate it
