I have SUFFERED with all of the same sinus infection symptoms you have described for the last 20 years. I have had two nasal surgeries and have taken tons of Antibiotics . I saw a doctor on CP24 TV in Toronto suggesting the use of a peroxide / water solution for sinus infections and stumbled on your thread while researching on the internet. I used your treatment method starting in January, 2004 and it worked. I have had no more afternoon fevers, no more congestion for the last 5 months. If I feel like I am getting irritation in my sinuses, I irrigate. The first time I did it, I thought my eyeballs were going to fly out of my head. But, I stuck with it - and it works. I wish I had known about this 20 years ago. I have had several friends who have tried this with the same result - success.

Thank you so much for this information, and the urgings to stick with it.
