Day one I had 1 P&B shake/mix. I went to the bathroom 2-3 hrs later.
Day two (today) I've take 2 shakes/mixes. This morning I went to the bathroom 2 hrs after the mix. This afternoon it's been 4 hrs and I still haven't went. I'm eager to see the 'ropes' but I know that it will take time. Is there anything else I can do to help things along?? Diet, fasting, herbs, anything??
