Oh Lydia, I'm so sorry. No wonder you feel so terrible. How in the world could you have gotten all of that? How is the health of your siblings? Did you get all of this as a child? I think it would probably be best to do everything through this doc, like you said you have so many issues to deal with and it would be overwhelming to keep track of everything yourself.
