I heard about the apple juice (unprocessed type) used before the flushes too with success. I think it was on the Ask Andreas Forum .

The morning of My last flush last Monday I ate one large apple, core and all beforehand, and I drank water in between the Epsom Salt drinks that whole day.
Wow did I ever get the stones out!! I even kept eliminating stones up until 4:30 of the next day.! I did this the day of having two metal fillings removed by the dentist.

I hope to give my liver a rest and do another cleanse this coming Friday into Saturday.

I'd say the apple probably made a difference!

Also, what could have made the difference was the fact that I got a Reiki and tuning forks massage for 20 minutes. It was my first time ever-and at a health fair that Saturday before the liver flush. I really responded very well to the Reiki massage and tuning forks-- I didn t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I think toxins in my body were being released from that. I was very dizzy after the massage and had a dull headache later. I read afterwards that the dizzyness and headache are from toxins released, and you should drink lots of water to flush them out. I did that, and the symptoms went away.
