I have been doing LOTS of reading in preparing for my own flush & I have read in most sites that "pure organic fresh pressed Apple Juice" should be taken for 4-5 days pior to the flush. It softens the stones & if stone is large, will be soft enough to squeeze through the duct without becoming stuck...sounds good to me!

Do you incorporate this in your flushes? Does it seem to help? Love apple juice, so at least that will be one "good tasting" thing in this whole process! hahaha

I also saw several references to a Chinese herb: Gold Coin Grass. It said that this crushes & softens stones before flushing - so interesting & SO much info!!! Hard to decide on a protocol for my first flush.
