My fast isn't going so well. I nearly gagged on eating a pineapple chunk today, I can't take it anymore! I have one last one and I am thinking about blending it in the blender with some ice cubes. I don't have much go power and I haven't went to the bathroom in a day. This was the same as a day after I started, then I took maybe 7 cascara sagrada capsules and had a lot of going to do very later.
I want real food. Green bean casserole is waiting for me after this (unless somebody else eats it)...
