I never used them that way- but I have dabbed the oil right on my anus after having itching there , and the itching stopped asap. It burned, but no more itching. It is potent stuff and definitely anti-parasitic.

I also have taken the capsules internally and have killed many a fluke worm from just the capsules alone.
