Although Chinese Bitters and GCG are pretty awful to take I think the 3 that have scarred me for life are:
3. Good Ol Epsom Salts
2. Dreadful Blessed Herbs Ginger Flavored Intestinal Cleanse.
1. My little cooky experiment to battle candida and cleanse intestines which is composed of psyllium/bentonite, 1 tbp ACV, 10 drops of grapefruit extract and 3 of oregano oil. Needless to say I only tried this once. (I take them one at a time now).
