Hi!

Well, Worms love dairy-- especially pin worms. And diary makes your body more acidic- and worms love that too.

However, if you have Kefir, or natural yogurt, that actually may help you because of the live cultures. Make sure that it has no hormones in it, or antiobiotics-- but then it seems they only contaminate milk like that in America!
