I started Sat evening and I haven't had anything real exciting happen. Actually my Bowel movements seem about the same... except I have seen a few small white things.. I guess rice like. I've tried to look as best I can. I feel like there might be other stuff in there but haven't dug in there.

I'm wondering if it's not working or if I don't have many. This is my first time so I've been afraid of what I would see.

I'd be interested in seeing your plan. I am not sure what I should do. I went to a Wellness festival and collected a lot of info. I'm thinking about an enema.

Oh but my ears have felt a little itchy a few times.
