I've been doing research for weeks on cleansing and I'm still no sure what to do. I started taking Symmetry Paracleanse tonight. I'm scared from reading all the postings. I thought about taking one of those dieter teas to help pass the parasites.

I want to do colon cleansing but that seems even more confusing.. so many options. I thought about doing master cleansing in combination but I live in Jamaica and I don't think I've ever seen a lemon here... lots of limes though.

Any advice would be appreciated.
