I use either filtered water or distilled water.

I want to get my nostrils facing upwards so that the mixture will stay in them, and be able to seep down into my nasal passages and sinus cavities. The top portion of my forehead is down on the shower floor, and not the very top of my head. My face is looking back at my waist, not facing down.

Please feedback and let us know how you are doing.

I've updated the documentation to include some additional cautions. Someone else tried the "upside down sinus flooding" on their back, and got some of it in their Eustachian Tubes, and possibly in their middle ear. So, I warn against doing this procedure other than documented.
