THANK YOU for this information. Can't tell you how hugely relieved I am to know that this large ugly thing 1) was not alive, and 2) is out. Yuck.

The term "mucoid plaque" doesn't return any results on WebMD or Medscape. I found it a lot on other sites though.

Hmm, will need to change my initials here and go by something else. "MP" obviously has another, more common meaning on this forum!

How do you know when it is all out?
