Today I passed THE MOST DISGUSTING thing I have ever seen. It was about 8-10 inches long, brown, poop-colored, consisting of many (several dozen) floppy, flat, disk-like sections. They were in hooked together in stacked formation. The "disks" were quite obviously connected. This was a well formed entity. I'VE BEEN HOSTING THE LOCH NESS MONSTER. Double eeew!!

After literally screaming and gagging at this stomach-turner, I went back to some serious toilet poking. I discovered that I could, with effort, poke the thing apart here and there with a Q-tip. However, it didn't disintegrate like poop does. I could not identify a head - just the floppy disk-like sections.

Was this a tapeworm? Part of a tapeworm? Pictures of Tapeworms on the internet show Tapeworms as segmented, but not necessarily flat disklike segments. However, perhaps the segments are compressed when they're dead. Anyone know?

I'm on Day 12 of the following: Colonix fiber & tea only (no paranil) plus Pure Encapsulation's A.P. formula.

Honestly, I've been entirely grossed out all afternoon.

Thanks in advance for any comments/input/guesses.

Mary P
