I felt about the same, lots of twitching, nausea, faintheaded, and pain in my stomach and intestines. I am on my second day now and it feels a lot better. I haven't been able to "go" in about a year and half without doing an enema, but with this combo I don't have any problems suddenly, so for me it's working great for big worms so far! Better than ozonated oil and l-cystine, although these are also for the eggs, so I'm glad I'm doing that too. What I did was I started with the pumpkinseeds a day before in between meals to get used to it, was very weak that day and the day after I started feeling ill etc...I'm so happy I tried this treatment! All these symptoms I had is only a sign that the worms are dying. I can still feel them, but not as much as before, they were always moving around a lot while doing ozonated oil cleanse. I have seen lots and lots of eggs, some small one inch worms and also pieces of a larger worm. I haven't taken a very thorough look though...it's probably a lot more. I would recommend this to anyone who has been doing cleanses for a long time without success.
