Just a quick update to say that i swallowed the sputnik Friday night (now sunday night). Despite its size it goes down quite easily with a glass of water.

It started shocking my tongue as soon as it hit my mouth, but once inside i only get the occaisional twinge.

In fact its been inside me for 48 hours now...and i havent felt anything for the past 12.. wondering if its dead.....and no it hasnt come out yet.

I did notice increase activity in a 'problem area' of my bowel about 24 hours after swallowing.

No signs of any nasties yet though.
