2 years ago, I went on a water diet for 4 weeks. I didn't take any cleansing formula other than drinking anywhere from 1/2 gall. - 1 gall. of water each day. I was amazed over the first week and second week that I was still having bowel movements despite not eating foods. During the first couple weeks, despite the BM's, it seemed I could feel something "else" inside that was trying to "drop" but I wasn't sure. In the 3rd week, I finally "dropped" what looked exactly like the pictures of so-called mucoid plaque. It was nearly 3 feet long and when my body relieved itself of this plaque, it definitely was the something "else" I'd been feeling.
So, it is definitely NOT the products you took to help elimination, those most assuredly passed with the normal looking "poo." The "plaque" is only the plaque. By the way, in the first week of cleansing, I the energy of a youngster, and by the end of the fast I felt unbeatable in everything I did.
