Hello, Dr. Anderson.
I am currently on day 7 of The Master Cleanse lemonade fast. I was anticipating (anxiously, I might add) the elimination of some mucoid plaque or other ugly things from my body, but thus far I have had only very, VERY aqueous eliminations. Nothing solid whatsoever. How do I eliminate the mucoid plaque???? And, is it normal to have the type of eliminations I am having on this fast???
