A friend of mine has just started on NOW brand Black
Walnut, Wormwood and Cloves. She started on it with one
dropper full a day and then two and when she got to three
dropper fulls a day, she got gas a bloating and callled me.
I suggested she start the Betonite and psyllium. The next
day she said that helped a lot. Also coffee enemas and
colonics help with the die off.
