I'm sorry to hear of your situation, Meroi. Hopefully this info will help you. At the very bottom are two sites which explain this organism in detail.
An interesting comment from a websites below:
"Symptoms may be caused by infection with other parasitic organisms, bacteria, or viruses. Often, B. hominis is found along with other such organisms that are more likely to be the cause of your symptoms."
Question: "Do I need to do the treatment to all the family?"
Likely answer, from the CDC website: "Should I be concerned about spreading infection to the rest of my household? No. If you practice adequate personal hygiene, including thorough hand washing with soap and warm water after using the toilet and before handling food, there is little risk of spreading infection."
Metronidazole or Iodoquinol have been reported to be the effective prescription drugs of choice.
Metronidazole (Flagyl) dosing can be found here (copy and paste into your browser's address bar):

Iodoquinol dosing can be found here:

As for natural cures, Oregano Oil, Coptis chinensis (Huang Lian), Brucea javanica (Ya Dan Zi), and to a lesser extent, Black-Walnut and Wormwood , MAY be helpful, according to these websites:

Many websites don't recommend oregano oil for children under age 12, but this site has general dosing for ADULTS: http://www.iherb.com/oregano.html
This site states that "This product (oregano oil) is too strong for infants or toddlers. Children old enough to swallow pills can take 1 capsule at a time, 1-3 times a day." (The oregano oil capsules they sell are 100 mg oregano oil containing 55%-65% carvacrol, an essential oil in oregano oil.)

My personal suggestion would be if you don't see results from the herb(s) in a reasonable time, don't prolong your child's discomfort, and consult with your doctor on one of the prescription drugs.
